I had a hard time getting into it at first, but it picked up by the 3rd chapter. I can’t remember for sure, though, so I’m calling this a new read. This was vaguely familiar, so it’s possible I’ve read it before.
It’s been ages since I read a Jo Goodman. Casee chose this for our Summer Reading Challenge, but I forgot to review it in August. Mary Me by Jo Goodman is the second book in the Reidsville series.
